Compass also has access to several other Detroit area equity funds and excellent banking relationships that will permit us to readily conclude financing as necessary.

Wynchurch Capital - Wynnchurch Capital is a leading middle market private equity firm with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Montreal, Canada, and funds under management of approximately $200 million. Targeted companies typically have between $5 to $20 million of EBITDA and revenue of $30 million to $200 million.
