Android Industries - Compass Acquisitions together with private equity partner Wynnchurch Capital has significantly invested in Android Industries, a leading provider of Power train and Chassis bolt-together Modular Assemblies. These assemblies are delivered in-sequence and just-in-time to nearby vehicle assembly plants. The current North American market for these assemblies is estimated at over $1 billion. This market is forecast to grow rapidly in the next 5 years, through to outsourcing, to greater then $4 billion per year.

Complex assembly modules provided include: Engine/Transmission, suspension, axle, brakes, cooling system, and door modules.

Bayonne Estates - Compass has recently acquired partnership interest in Bayonne Estates, a 12 acre waterfront real estate development firm in Sarasota, Florida. Bayonne Estates is developing 225 waterfront condominiums in Sarasota, Florida. Scheduled for completion by fall 2008.

Bayonne Retail/Professional Center - Compass continues to invest in high growth areas with strong fundamentals as the lead investor in the Bayonne commercial development a 19 acre, 900,000sf commercial development in Sarasota, Florida. Bayonne is an upscale shopping and professional center located in an exclusive community.
